Turn the plastic trash can upside down so the base becomes the top of your beehive.

Start at the bottom (the open end of the can) and use the hot glue gun to attach one end of the jute rope.

Carefully wrap the rope around the trash can, gluing it in place as you go. Ensure the coils are tight and close together without gaps.

Continue wrapping and gluing the rope all the way to the top of the can (the base).

Once you reach the top, securely glue the end of the rope in place and trim any excess.
